Do you charge per camera?
Cloud pricing scales with the number of cameras, their resolution and your retention period — the calculator shows an instant estimate from your inputs. On-Premise deployments are quoted to your site count and infrastructure; cameras are not individually metered.
What’s the difference between Cloud and On-Premise pricing?
Cloud is a monthly subscription that bundles AI analytics, AWS footage storage and support into one recurring price you can estimate yourself in the calculator. On-Premise is a deployment quoted to your infrastructure — servers, site count, retention and support SLAs — so we quote after a short requirements call.
Can I try TentoVision before buying?
TentoVision is a paid product — purchased upfront. For Cloud plans, refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy. On-Premise deployments are quoted individually and governed by their deployment agreement; talk to our team to discuss what fits your setup.
Does Cloud work with my existing cameras?
Yes. TentoVision connects to any IP camera or CCTV system via RTSP — no new hardware required. Compatible with Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, Axis, Bosch and 100+ other brands.
How long is footage retained on Cloud?
Standard 90-day retention is included with Cloud plans. Longer retention windows are available on request and priced directly in the calculator.
